**Starting salary: £41,085 (inclusive of shift allowance)**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Team Leader to join the Irn Bru team based in Cumbernauld

This is an exciting time to join the Cumbernauld Factory, as we are currently investing in replacing our production lines with new equipment to ensure our production is as efficient as possible. In this fast-paced and varied role, we’ll give you all the training and support needed to ensure you can excel at AG Barr

The Team Leader is responsible for leading the operational production teams to deliver best in class and flexible manufacturing performance in accordance with business objectives and strategic plans.

This will be achieved through the day to day effective leadership of a multi-skilled production team to drive performance, exceed KPI targets, and strive for continually improving year on year.

Our large factories produce multi formats across a number of high speed modern lines, producing to high quality standards whilst maximising production outputs and minimising overhead costs.

The Manufacturing Team Leader reports to the Production Manager and works within a team of Manufacturing Team Leaders. You will lead an Assistant Team Leader and a team of Technical Operators, and may also have direct responsibility for the Engineering Technicians on site during shifts.

The shift pattern associated with this role is Monday to Friday working on a rotating early, back and night shift rota.

**What you’ll bring...**
- Minimum of 3 years experience within a production supervisory capacity in a FMCG environment with the relevant high speed filling & packaging line experience.
- An adaptable flexible approach with the ability to learn quickly along with excellent communication skills.
- Proven knowledge of quality management systems (ISO9001,14001, BRC, HACCP).
- Proven experience initiating/implementing continuous improvements and specific knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma techniques would be a real asset.
- Proven ability of working as part of a team across multiple shifts.
