**Job Introduction**
I am a gentleman looking for a team of support staff to support me to live in my new home.

This is a new and exciting time for me, and I need you to be enthusiastic, with a positive outlook on life, and have the ability to use proactive strategies effectively to support me to stay safe, build my independence and learn new skills.

I am an extremely energetic and fit young man, I have lots of sensory needs, I like to go for walks, and can be active for large periods of the day.

I like my home to be a non-confrontational and relaxed environment.

I would benefit from a team who are experienced in working with a Positive Behaviour Support Model and can be consistent in following my plans as this makes me feel less anxious

I need you to be outgoing and easy to talk to, I can vocalise very loudly at times and for extended periods. I need you to be understanding and non-judgemental so you can support me to manage my needs, develop good routines and build positive, trusting relationships.

**Main Responsibilities**
As a Bank Support Worker, you will be key in supporting adults with complex needs within their own home and within the community. We are looking for positive, compassionate, and caring support workers who have the right values and attitude to grow and developwith Gray healthcare. We are looking for support workers who are looking for the flexibility to choose their shifts and would like to join our skilled pool of bank workers.

What are we looking for?

You will need to possess an NVQ/QCF Level 3 or equivalent. You will be motivated and have a can-do attitude, and work within a Positive Behaviour Support Framework.

Must be willing to be part of a back up rota.

As of 11th November 2021 all care staff must be double vaccinated against COVID-19 in line with Government guidelines unless you have evidence of being exempt.
