Then please consider joining our team as a Casualty CVT Claims Handler working from our office in Milton Keynes. This is a Hybrid option with 2 days in the office and 3 days at home.

**What this role means to you**:
As a Casualty CVT Claims handler you will play a critical role in supporting our customers in their time of need. As a Casualty CVT handler you will be responsible for investigating and validating claims that are received into the business. You will be responsible in protecting Allianz and their customers from fraudulent activity within Casualty claims. These claims will include employer liability, public liability, product liability, disease, product claims and more. You’ll take ownership of their case and support our customers and brokers, protecting them during the claims journey whilst providing the high standard of customer service we’re known for. You will be responsible in liaising with our own panel solicitors to achieve the best outcomes on your claims portfolio.

Each customer is different, as is the impact they’ll feel following the accident. You’ll need to:

- Provide a friendly and personable customer journey;
- Be proactive and able to guide the customer through their claim;
- Be eager to develop your knowledge in order to make the best decision for the customer;
- Be a team-player and collaborate with other teams, departments and suppliers;
- Liaise with all teams in the department to ensure the correct files are being received for our team

**What skills are we looking for?**
- Previous Insurance or customer service experience is desirable - but full technical training will be provide
- You have a 'can do' attitude, flexible approach and passion for doing a good job
- A Personal Injury or Casualty claims background is desirable but not essential
- Have an investigative eye and consider what enquiries are needed for each claim
- Have an open mind and consider the best possible outcome for each particular claim
- The ability to work to daily targets and to demonstrate you are a team player
- Good organisational and prioritisation skills in order to balance your portfolio, incoming calls and other adhoc tasks
- Be digitally competent and be able to embrace new emerging technology
- Excellent communication and empathy skills
