**Case Worker**
**Salary**: From £24,000 per annum
If successful you will be responsible for delivering 1-2-1 tailored support to a caseload of individuals serving community orders & post release Licenses, assessing Health & Safety risks, managing interventions and supporting their recovery through mentoring,motivation & managing potential dependency & recovery needs.
**Duties**
- Managing a caseload; includinglow, medium & high levels of need
- Delivery of 1-2-1 / group interventions & skills training
- Provide support, advice and guidance through the full lifecycle
- Carrying out initial assessment, action planning, reviewing progress & engaging community services
- Deliver in a variety of venues including Ingeus community venues, Probation Offices & Police stations
- Work alongside integrated specialist support partners to achieve successful outcome
**Requirements**:
- Experience of working with vulnerable/challenging people, for example people who have complex needs etc
- Case Management experience (i.e dealing with multiple people, managing their expectations)
