We are looking for a Turndown Attendant to join our team at the luxurious five
- star plus Old Parsonage Hotel, which is part of ‘The Oxford Collection’; a small, privately owned group of two luxury 5* hotels and apartments, three restaurants that consists of the Old Bank Hotel, the Old Parsonage Hotel, 36 St Giles, Parsonage Grill, Gees Restaurant Bar, and Quod Restaurant Bar. Having recently undergone a complete refurbishment programme, we have 80 bedrooms across three iconic properties in central Oxford, with unrivalled views across the city’s beautiful skyline.

**Turndown Attendant responsibilities**:

- Making up beds, cleaning bedroom and bathroom according to hotel standards and setting up the room for the night
- Keeping linen areas stocked
- Cleaning the hotel’s public areas

**Turndown Attendant requirements**:

- Experience working in similar hotels is beneficial, although full training will be provided
- Have high-level attention to detail and a positive can-do attitude, with a keen willingness to learn
- Maintaining polite and professional manners at all times

We offer 10 hours per week between 7PM to 9PM (Monday-Sunday rota with 2 days off) with an OTE up to £13.00 per hour, including non-contractual tronc (service charge).
