**40 hours per week, shift pattern detailed below - £26,759**
**Location: Datchet SL3 9LL/ Hybrid**
**Fixed Start Date 26th **February**
**Roles will be office based (SL3 9LL) for the first 4 weeks of training then a hybrid working pattern depending on performance and knowledge.**
**Training will be Monday
- Friday 9am-6pm from 26th February - 22nd March and full availability to attend is a must so we can set you up to thrive**
**What You’ll Be Doing**
Helping and delighting our customers with your engaging, empathetic and amazing customer service skills; you’ll provide exceptional telephone support in a challenging, busy, and rewarding financial services team for our client who is a global leader in the automotive industry.
**What You’ll Need**
Previous experience in a busy, customer focused dynamic role, you are comfortable navigating multiple systems, handling varied queries and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
With a genuine enjoyment for talking and helping people you are passionate about providing consistent positive outcomes and interactions to everyone who has the pleasure of speaking to you
Dealing with a diverse client base you will be capable of responding to and assisting with financial queries and requests, able to identify and competently act on constructive feedback and, where needed, sensitively facilitate concerns and complaints while adhering to strict guidelines and procedures.

**Key Criteria**
- You will be required to provide specific documentation in a timely manner to satisfy UK Remote Right To Work checks prior to joining.
- Full attendance is required on site during the first 4 weeks of training to ensure you are set up for success in your new role, hybrid options once training complete.
**Hours**
- Weeks 1, 2 and 3 9am
- 6pm.
- Week 4 Monday 9am-8pm, Tuesday 10am-8pm, 2 x days of 10.30am-8pm, Sat 9am-1pm + one day off in the week
