Our partner is a fast-growing UK based marketing agency based in Manchester. They have an international team based across Europe and are expanding across the US this year.

**The Role**:
We are seeking a Senior Social Media Executive to join a fast-growing marketing services company. In this role, you will manage our social media presence, with a primary focus on LinkedIn, create and distribute content, and support the personal branding of our Founders.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Oversee the company's entire social media presence across all platforms, with a primary focus on LinkedIn while distributing content to other networks
- Assist Founders with personal branding efforts, ensuring consistent content
- Guide the broader team in creating LinkedIn posts that align with the company's brand
- Enhance the company's brand visibility and reputation through strategic social media management
- Continuously seek opportunities to create engaging, community-focused content that drives conversions
- Collaborate closely with the Brand Marketing Manager and Chief Marketing Director to produce innovative social content
- Craft compelling narratives through content creation, editing, transitions, and copywriting
- Work with the entire team to generate new content on a regular basis
- Edit and refine video footage, audio, and graphics to produce visually striking and engaging videos
- Stay updated on LinkedIn platform developments through news, webinars, courses, and other resources
- Remain at the cutting edge of social media trends and updates
- Demonstrate flexibility to contribute to various marketing tasks and projects as needed

**What you will bring to the role**:

- At least 2 years experience of managing company’s social media accounts including LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok
- Show proficiency across multiple social media platform
- Have a track record of creating content for social media
- Exhibit strong knowledge of LinkedIn and how to maximise its potential
- Display understanding of or strong interest in personal branding strategies
- Proficient in creating social media graphics using Canva and similar tools
- Have experience with video editing software (e.g., Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and understand video formats and codecs
- Skilled at crafting engaging social media captions and eye-catching thumbnails
- Enthusiastic about fostering online communities and building a brand
- Creative thinker with a knack for innovative solutions
