I'm working with an International Organization who are looking for a Multi-Lingual 1st Line Support Engineer to join their team on a rolling 3 month contract. The role will be based 2 days a week at their offices in South Manchester. See specs below

**Role**:

- Provide 1st line trouble shooting support for all company products.
- Find root causes of issues and communicate appropriately to internal and external customers.
- Working with the wider team to develop and learn problem solving techniques.
- Find opportunities to improve our service and highlight them correctly.

**Requirements**:

- **Must be fluent in French (Essential)**:

- You have demonstrable IT related experience
- You are very customer-oriented and enjoy dealing with internal and external customers alike.
- You have a strong analytical mindset and an irrepressible desire to bring a problem to the solution using all available means.
- You enjoy working in a team and work well with internal departments
