We are a specialist oak frame manufacturing company known for our craftsmanship and commitment to quality. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a reliable and proactive individual to join our operations team and help ensure the smooth delivery of our bespoke oak frame buildings.
As the Dispatch Coordinator, you will be the key link between our sales, production, and logistics teams, ensuring that customer orders are scheduled, dispatched, and delivered efficiently and professionally.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Contact clients once a job is passed from the sales department to the production department to arrange delivery or collection and agree on a week commencing date.
- Request and process final balance payments from clients prior to delivery or collection (including taking card payments).
- Keep clients informed of any changes or delays to their delivery or collection schedule.
- Book haulage and coordinate logistics for outgoing deliveries.
- Schedule jobs for dispatch once production is complete.
- Issue frame guarantees to clients after delivery or collection is completed.
- Maintain accurate records of communications, payments, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare paperwork for dispatch.
**About You**:
- Excellent and confident communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Confident handling payments and working with basic financial processes.
- Experience in logistics, dispatch, or operations (preferred but not essential).
**Role details**:
- Location - Workshop based (no remote work)
- Hours - Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm (1 hour lunch)
- Job type - Full time and permanent
