Our client is offering a rare opportunity in a busy and varied administration role with full 360 degree responsibility for the function and output. Reporting to the directors; the position is accountable for membership administration and customer liaisonfor two global membership networks.

**Main responsibilities for the Membership Co-Ordinator**:

- Logging and responding to all network membership enquiries for existing and potential new members.
- Supporting the directors in the planning and delivery of annual events (UK and international).
- Short periods of time of intense administration and planning activity which requires the capacity to prioritise and plan workload and collaborate effectively in the team.

**The ideal Membership Co-Ordinator will be**:

- Confident with good communication skills both written and verbally.
- Good MS Word, Excel and Outlook (together with some experience PowerPoint is desirable)
- Have an aptitude for learning new technology and process.
- Knowledge or experience of working with different nationalities and cultures desirable as would be experience of working in the events or global logistics sector.

**Benefits and Package**:

- 09:30am until 2.30pm.
- 15 hours per week (5 hours a day over three days - flexible).
- WFH max of 1 day a week will be considered after full training completed and according to the needs of the business.
- Must be a vehicle owner as the position is in a rural location on the edge of Bordon.
- 23 days annual leave, including Christmas closure (pro rata)
