We are looking for energetic and bright personalities to join our ever-growing team here at Cuan Mor. Experience in the industry is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided as we welcome you to be part of our Cuan Mor team.

We have 1 full-time position available (all-year round, including winter) and 3 part-time positions (with flexible working scheme to suit your other commitments - such as days only, or Monday to Friday, 11-5, or 11-4, or 11-3, as example).

Applicants skills can include: clear communication, multi-tasking abilities, well presented and clearly spoken, problem solving and the ability to thrive in a busy environment.

Front of House Staff Responsibilities include:

- Delivering excellent Customer Service to all guests, warmly greeting and seating guests, ensuring they feel welcome and well cared for throughout their visit.
- Preparing desserts & drinks to a high-quality standard, serving food & drinks.
- Supporting colleagues during busy service, including clearing and cleaning tables, taking payment from customers, replenishing and restocking.
- Driving the sale of specials and striving to achieve target sales for the business.
- Adhering to all Health & Safety/Food Hygiene requirements.
- Food Hygiene training provided.
- Ability to keep clear communication throughout service between front of house colleagues and kitchen staff to achieve excellent service.

We also charge a discretionary 10% service charge on all bills, with 100% of the tips going directly to our employees.

Rates of pay depending on age of applicant
- 13-15 yrs - £5.75 per hour

16-17 yrs - £6.50 per hour

18-20yrs - £8.00 per hour

21+yrs - £10.00 per hour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 6-30 per week

**Salary**: £6.50-£10.00 per hour
