Redgate Primary Academy are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Personal Care Assistant with Midday Supervisor responsibilities to join our dynamic, talented and supportive team on a fixed term contract until 25th July 2025. **The opportunity**
- Support children with personal hygiene and self-care programmes.
- Have a knowledge of all roles and responsibilities related to the care and support of students.
- Prepare learning materials and resources, adapting the environment when necessary.
- Support play and leisure activities.
- Support children with eating and drinking at break times and lunch times.
- Supervising outside areas by moving around amongst the children within the area you are covering.
- Promoting safe and acceptable standards of behaviour.
- Ensuring the safety of children and property during the supervisory period.

Essential
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting demands.
- Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all children and providing equality of opportunity.
