Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with background in electrical, mechatronics or automation engineering, to join a multidisciplinary team in a global construction materials company.Previous work in a maintenance environment would be a bonus, but allessential training will be provided.The client regularly invests in all their employees’ training and provides essential skills development programmes. This role will work a 3-shift pattern of earlies, lates and nights and will be paid shift allowance accordingly - 28% if on a fixed shift pattern and 33% for lates and 50% for nights if on a flexible shift pattern.

**What you’ll be doing**:
- Complying with all relevant SG safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Creating and supporting Trusted Platform Modules (TPM).
- Carrying out the maintenance of site spares through defined systems.
- Supporting cloud-based CMMS systems.
- Supporting production breakdowns.
- Creating technical specifications and paperwork for all relevant projects.
**What experience you’ll need**:
- HND/ HNC or Apprenticeship or equivalent qualifications in electrical, automation or mechatronics engineering.
- Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Good basic understanding of mechanical or electrical components.
- Exposure to welding, fabrication, milling, turning, grinding would be beneficial.
- Experience with PLC and programming would be a great bonus.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
