We are recruiting for a part-time Kitchen Assistant for our independent coffee house, working up to 16 hours each weekend. Our coffee shop is open 7 days a week during daytime hours, 9am to 5pm Mon to Sat, 10am to 5pm Sundays. and thereby offering a great work life balance.

Our menu is geared towards breakfast and lunch. We can get extremely busy at times, and therefore the ability to work under great pressure is vital.

The role is for working a minimum of 2 days out of 7 will involve daily prep work, cooking, plating up customer orders, cleaning, stock rotation, and generally helping to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen in accordance with Health & Safety regulations.

Pay is dependent on age and experience.

- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Catering skills
- Cooking abilities
- Restaurant experience preferred
- Meal preparation expertise
- Serving experience is a plus

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
