**The role**

We are currently looking for an experienced Visual Merchandiser who is commercially focused, demonstrate visual skills and stock management to motivate sales and footfall into the store. In the role as Visual Merchandiser, you will have an opportunity to gain a wider commercial awareness and understanding around how Nisbets operates and delivers market leading products all over the world. Joining the team at Nisbets you will be supported and guided in your career progression and will receive full training. Someone who has a passion for going above and beyond and making all customers visits a memorable one.
- To maximise sales through product display in line with Company guidelines and through commercial awareness
- Visual Merchandising skills, planograms, and visual displays
- Stock management - Deliveries, stock counts, POS Knowledge of the products on the shop floor and stockroom levels
- Assist with the training and development of all store employees on product knowledge, visual displays.
- Liaise with the Store Manager to carry out regular and appropriate floor moves in all sections
- We need a good level of IT Literacy as you will be preparing quotes for customers and operating different systems Excel, Word, and outlook.
- Deputising in the managers absence, opening and closing the store along with other managerial duties
- You have a great work ethic and are driven to work hard and contribute to the store’s success.
