We provide care to those who have long-term, life-limiting conditions that mean they require a care team indefinitely.

We offer full comprehensive training to support with all clinical needs but require your invaluable care experience to assist with any social, personal care needs, medication administration and moving and handling.

We work hard to build close relationships with our service users and their families as we understand the importance that we play in their lives.

**Essential Experience Required**
- 3 months previous care experience
- Medication Administration
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling

**Desirable Experience**
- Tracheostomy Care
- Ventilation Management
- Gastrostomy Care (Peg Feeding)

**We have great rates of pay with Full Time and Part-Time available**
- Weekdays = £11.50 per hour (from £138 per shift)
- Weeknights = £12.00 per hour (from £144 per shift)
- Weekends = £12.50 per hour (from £150 per shift)
- Bank Holidays = £16.50 per hour

This is a personally rewarding role where you can build on your clinical skills and experience, whilst delivering exceptional care and support to our service user and their family.

It is incredibly important to us that we reward and recognise the commitment and dedication of our healthcare staff, as they are at the forefront of the services we deliver for our clients.

We have developed an industry-leading reward and recognition scheme that we are extremely proud of which offers minimum pay rates from **£11.50 per hour in this area** and a fantastic loyalty reward scheme. Rewarding at months 6 and 12 and entered into quarterly prize draws.

**Salary**: £138.00-£150.00 per day
