**What can you do for us?**

The event team member will assist the Management Team by the promotion of the venue whilst maintaining brand standards and values. To provide excellent guest service by providing a friendly, informative welcome to all guests. The working week is fluid and includes both day and evening hours. Salary dependant on experience and training

**Your duties will include but are not limited to**:

- working as a member of the Promotions team in a designated area;
- promoting the venue to potential guests in a friendly manner, in line with brand standards and values, and in doing so increase the footfall of each session;
- being well informed of all relevant information to each session, including entry and drinks pricing as well as information on content, music policy and DJs;
- taking note of, and report back to Management on, opposition content and footfall as well as anything else of note in the area;
- successfully resolve guest complaints wherever possible referring unresolved complaints to the management team;
- complying with any promotional offers applicable to each session;
- ensuring your area of work is not left unattended; and
- completing all company training, including refresher courses, as and when required to do so.

This is a part time and permanent role that will see you working shift patterns that include evenings and weekends, so you must be flexible in terms of the hours required of you. This is by no means a 9 to 5 role and all applicants should take this into consideration. Our team love what they do We have a passion for providing an experience second to none.
