WR Sports Ltd are looking for reliable individuals to join our experienced coaching staff. The role will be casual - with coaches picking up work mainly in evenings and weekends.

Jobs can be one-off or regular blocks (6 weeks to 6 months).

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**

To Lead in the delivery of sports sessions based around Oxfordshire. Primarily working in primary schools, sports clubs, extra-curricular acvtivity sessions, birthday parties, 1-2-1s and more

To work with the coaching team to assist in the development of youths across Oxfordshire.

To Consistently deliver professional coaching sessions of a high standard as part of WR Sports' Ethos

To be flexible with work times and sessions carried out

To demonstrate and promote ethical behaviour appropriate to that which would be expected by our customers.

To encourage and create a positive, welcoming and safe atmosphere in each and every session.

To maintain a superb level of professionalism in front of stakeholders of the Company.

To have good behaviour management and be able to create positive, trustful and appropriate relationships with children.

To be bubbly and energetic

**Required experience**:
Sports coaching: 2 Years

Working in schools: 1 Year

Office experience: 1 Year (Desirable)

Sales Experience (Retail or other): 1 Yr (Desirable)

**Required licence or certification**:
Driving licence (Must have access to a car to get around Oxfordshire)

NGB Level 2 Qualification eg FA Level 2, RFU Level 2, ECB Level 2, Sports Qualification etc

Level 1 NGB will be considered if good experience

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £10.00-£25.00 per hour
