Beauty Counter Assistant

Pharmacy Link is an independent Pharmacy group committed to offering the best advice and service to customers. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skincare specialist to join our team in East Wittering, Chichester and manage our Beauty counters including Clarins, La Roche Posay, Avene, Vichy and many more. The role is full time and will include Saturdays.
You will be required to:
- Host consultations and taster treatments
- Pro-actively and enthusiastically drive sales and ensure targets are met
- Maintain the counter and treatment areas to the highest standards on cleanliness, hygiene and presentation
- Ensure customer service is of the highest standard
- Maintain a client database to ensure a personalised service
- Organise and co-ordinate events that will promote and increase the turnover of products
- Attend training events for all brands and maintain up to date knowledge of each product
- Liaise with company representatives ensuring stock is ordered and managed in line with sales and demand.
- Regularly report sales & performance to directors.
- Great communication skills
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding customer expectations
- High standard of personal hygiene and grooming
- Ideally have experience within a similar retail store or salon
- Organised and motivated

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 45 per week
**Salary**: £10.50-£12.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
