Childcare Worker

Our Bank Staff roles are for those who cannot commit to working full-time. We can be flexible around your work or studies and will offer you work each week, but with no guarantee of hours.

During term-time, we have our wraparound care & sport coaching sessions taking place during the following hours (Mon - Fri):
7am - 9am
3pm - 6pm

During the school holidays, we have our holiday camps taking place during the following hours (Mon - Fri):
8am - 6pm

**Pay/Hours**
- 0-hour contract (will be able to accept or refuse work each week)
- £11 per hour
- Free childcare on the days you work (if applicable)

**Available Work Locations**:

- Urmston
- Chorlton
- Bowdon
- Prestbury (Macclesfield)

**Roles Available**:

- Qualified Childcare Playworker
- Qualified Multi-Sports Coach
- Assistant Playworker
- Assistant Sports Coach

We’re looking for high-energy, confident and fun individuals who can demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- At least 6 months’ consecutive experience working with 3 - 11 year olds.
- A willingness to liaise with parents, delivering high levels of customer service.
- A team player who’s willing to do more than expected from time to time.

**About The Role**:
Team members are responsible for looking after and/or coaching a group of up to 24 children (ratios vary depending on ages), delivering either of the following activities:

- Energetic Multi-Sports
- Creative Arts & Crafts

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract
