**Head of London Market Distribution **(M/F/d)****:
With responsibility for Sales, Development and Broker relationship management within the London Market, you will define and implement the crucial changes required of the company with a view towards making our London Market Distribution and Broker relationship management fit for the future.

By utilising technological solutions, client relationship management, process and operational enhancements to improve customer experience, keep operational costs at competitive levels and ultimately, we will increase the value created for the Munich Re Group.

Leading the London Market Broker Relationship Managers, to enhance the management of our broker partners, to increase efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness by utilising extensive experience with the Lloyd’s and broader insurance industry, developing a unique mix of business and management expertise, plus proficiency with relevant practices, policies, and procedures.

Your job
- Leading distribution within the London Market for MRSG
- Responsible for ensuring strategic alignment, including c suite, between MRSG and key strategic broker partners
- Supporting CUO’s in achieving their growth objectives and providing them with sales and development support
- Accountable for the distribution strategy and performance of the London Market broker relationship managers
- Support the development of an appropriate CRM capability across the group
- Help drive forward good Conduct for the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers / policyholders.

**Profile**:

- Demonstrated ability in an executive leadership position
- Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
- Competent Underwriting skills
- In depth industry knowledge of the marine and specialty markets
- Exceptional organisational skills with pragmatic and clear approach
- Strong understanding of sophisticated business planning and regulatory issues
- Proven grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
- Ability to problem solve quickly and proactively
