Are you a passionate Electrical Contracts Supervisor, looking for an exciting new role?

Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Electrical Contracts Supervisor to work with one of their well-established and very successful M&E client based in Birmingham.

Principle Responsibilities for the Electrical Contracts Supervisor:

- Daily management of contract including allocation and supervision of tasks according to the programme
- Organisation of plant, labour and materials
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with client, subcontractors and suppliers
- Progress monitoring of the project to ensure proper use of time and budget, highlighting and claiming where delays, variations, and problems arise
- Represent the company at progress meetings
- Preparation of progress reports for meetings
- Assist in management of costs and payments
- Regularly assess contract team to ensure all site personnel are working to a high standard
- Emphasise and promote high standards of health and safety to all personnel

Person specification:

- NVQ/C&G Qualifications
- 3 Years Supervision experience
- Valid CSR card desirable
- IPAD 3a/3b desirable
- PASMA combined desirable

This is a full time permanent Electrical Contracts Supervisor position, Monday through Friday, offering an annual salary of £40,000-£50,000 DOE plus annual company benefits to include a 28 days holiday, pension scheme, and more.
