Office Administrator

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive **Administrative Assistant** to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail to support the daily operations of our growing estate agency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document organisation
- Maintain accurate records and support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks
- Assist with property-related admin and other office tasks as needed
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Previous experience in an estate agency or property-related environment (preferred)
- Proficiency in Social Media, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) QuickBooks and Street (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (required)
This role can potentially be done on an employment or consultant basis.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
