This role offers the possibility of study support which will also be accompanied by onsite 1-1 mentoring in all areas of accounts, in line with your studies.

**The Finance Assistant role**:
This is a hands-on role that benefits from 1-1 mentoring from an experienced finance professional. This role will initially focus on learning the purchase ledger, credit control and bank reconciliation functions, however there will be scope within this position to train in all areas of finance and accounts in line with your AAT study syllabus to aid your learning and development.

**Required Skills**:

- Basic IT skills including Word and Excel
- Good spelling and punctuation
- Strong numeracy skills
- Attention to detail
- Good time keeping
- Team player
- Able to work off own initiativ
