Engineering Helpdesk Advisor

We're looking for an Engineering Helpdesk Advisor to work for our client.
They are a long established manufacturer of complex niche machinery.
If you can demonstrate experience of working on a helpdesk dealing with B2B enquiries then you could be perfect for our client and we'd love to see your CV.
**Responsibilities**:

- Solving problems for customers
- Providing First Line Support on manufacturing plant
- Working to defined SLA's
**Requirements**:

- Experience of working on a helpdesk dealing with B2B enquiries
- Further experience of special purpose machinery for manufacturing
- Professional at all times - especially when dealing with customer issues
- Able to think on your feet and work things out from first principles
**The Package**:

- Basic salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
