**The Role**

***The Portfolio Analyst is accountable for overseeing their customers' portfolio of sites, including managing accurate and timely processing of any changes to the portfolio. This will capture all parts of our customers' portfolios, including site list,procurement options, management options and pricing.

The Portfolio Analyst will have an eye for detail, ensuring any changes are proactively managed through to their completion, keeping the customer informed on the way.

**Key Duties**
- Onboard new customers from the point of handover from the Business Development team, through to opening invoices and reporting being issued.
- Deliver accurate portfolio management to your portfolio of customers.
- Manage pending site, management or procurement change from the point of notification through to the point of completion.
- Update all systems to reflect changes and pending changes.
- Proactively report updates to customers on changes in their portfolio (e.g. site additions, removals, Change of Tenancies etc).
- Action changes in line with KPIs to ensure each customer portfolio is managed in line with the SLA.
- Be responsible for preparing, validating and issuing customer rebates in keeping with SLA's
- Deliver portfolio maintenance in line with the agreed procedures to ensure consistency of service.
- Work with the Customer Service, Billing and Bureau teams to ensure first class service for your portfolio of customers.

Such other duties, commensurate with the grading of the post that may be assigned by the line manager or their nominee.

**What we need from you**
- Proven customer service/support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Previous experience of working in the energy services market.
- Delivering work requiring close attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Experience of team working and developing internal relationships
- Experience in meeting and exceeding KPIs
- Problem Solving
