**We are looking for a Personal Assistant that is**:

- Empathetic and caring, with a genuine passion for professional delivery and wanting to make a positive impact on the life of someone who requires support in their home
- An excellent communicator with the ability to confidently and clearly understand and undertake a care plan and communicate well with the surrounding team
- A professional person with experience as a live-in carer/personal assistant or the ability and desire to learn the role
- Excited about working with people with a desire to go above and beyond
- Organised and happy managing diaries
- A confident driver

**What we provide**
- Our weekly personal assistant/carer wages are £1,200 - £1,300 a week depending on experience.
- Genuine appreciation and care for our staff with specialist training to maintain our high standards
- We provide free training and enhanced DBS checks
- Staff are offered the full support of our in-house clinical lead nurse both before and during placements, including in-person inductions at the start of a new placement
- We offer long term placements that are flexible with your schedule and holidays

- We are available On Call 24/7 in emergencies to assist you on placement

**What we need from you**
- Due to high demand, we require all our carers to complete our screening process including:
1. An initial call with Leila our registered manager

2. A video interview with our registered manager and the client

3. Ability to complete the HLG Complex Care Ltd training and onboarding process
- The right to work in the UK
- A clear, enhanced DBS and references. If you do not have a DBS we can run one for you free of charge.
- A desire to continually improve as a PA/carer, completing a 1 on 1 session with our in-house clinical lead nurse regularly
