Westry Roberts & Co are a cheese wholesaler supplying a wide range of products to customers based within 60 miles of our location in Whitchurch. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator, to work within a small team, to help manage administrative tasks, provide customer support and ensure the smooth operation of our office to help us continue to provide excellent service and products to our customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Processing orders from customer, ensuring that paperwork is accurate and complete.
- Handling calls and dealing with queries from both customers and suppliers
- General filing of paperwork
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using Sage50 Accounts software
- Organisation of the paperwork required in the warehouse
- Taking stock of products and ordering from suppliers
- Help to Maintain a clean and organized office environment
**Skills**:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in typing and computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Clerical skills such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
The job advertised is for 37 hours a week - Monday - Thursday 07:00 - 17:00, Friday 08:00 - 13:00. Overtime opportunities are available during busy periods.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 per week
