**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

Manage all order entry activities for Sales. Activities include, but are not limited to:

- Customer order management and system input
- Obtaining Approvals for order placement, stock, price and credit release
- Order inquiries and follow-up
- Shipment scheduling and processing,
- Customer contact
- Maintaining Customer directories
- Responsible for Order Date Management
- Manage open order report from Warehouse
- Any other tasks as required to ensure the effective operation of the role and the whole department
- Proactive and tenacious attitude
- Natural rapport building skills
- Ability to work under pressure and part of a team
- High motivation, organised, resilience and ambition to build a career
- Effective oral and written communication skills, with ability to build influential relationships and deliver results
- Highly organised
- Evidence of building strong relationships internally and with the customer

Technical knowledge isn’t essential but an interest in technology would be an advantage, we will supply you with the training necessary to fulfil your role to the highest standard and grow your confidence in a supportive tram
Key skills: You should have excellent communication skills, be flexible and highly organised. Dealing with key administration tasks to facilitate the smooth running of the Sales team, you will need to be well organised whilst possessing good oral and written communication skills.

Tech knowledge. Funnily enough, technical knowledge isn’t essential but an interest in technology can be an advantage. In any case, we will provide you with the training necessary to enable you to fulfil your role to a high standard required and grow your confidence in a supportive team.
