**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**JOB ROLE**: DOMESTIC CLEANER
RESPONSIBLE TO: Kierra M Wilson (Employer)
WORKING HOURS: (VARIED)

**PURPOSE OF POST**:
To work as part of Kierra’s Sparkle team, ensuring that excellent standards of professionalism towards the clients and their home are maintained throughout. You will liaise with your Employer at all times regarding any concerns from the clients. As you are trusted by the client it is your responsibility to follow the cleaning plan put in place for their home, if any of the circumstances change you must discuss this with your Employer.

**MAIN DUTIES**:

- Follow your cleaning plan set up for your clients in their home or any cleaning duties they ask of you.
- Works as part of the team to ensure the highest quality of cleaning services are being carried out.
- Liaising with your Employer and fellow workers to ensure the same standard of service is being carried out in all clients’ homes.
- Report back to Employer of any changes being made or needing to be made to cleaning plans.
- Report back to Employer of any changes in service times/dates with clients as soon as the client informs you.
- As a key holder for some client’s houses you are responsible to ensure the safety of the key at all times.
- Make sure you lock client’s houses and turn of lights/ power points you have used.
- Keep your clients homes in an organised manner; use your diary to maintain notes of your rotational duties such as oven cleans windows etc.
- It is your responsibility to ensure you empty clients Hoover out regularly, filter clean and general maintenance of the Hoover. Also your work hoover provided.
- If any breakages or loss of clients items you must report back to your Employer at once.
- Maintain weekly records of any payments made to you by clients; give to your Employer at the end of the week.
- Maintain your cleaning equipment given to you, do a stock count at the end of the week if you require any items let Employer know at end of week.

DRIVING LICENSE ESSENTIAL FOR POSITION.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-35 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
