We’re looking for a **Digital Platforms Coordinator **to join our growing Ambassador Development team in a new role at Tropic Skincare.

You will be responsible for ensuring the digital platforms our Ambassadors use are kept up to date, and run smoothly so that they have the best possible digital experience. This is a varied role where you’ll be instrumental in ensuring that our platforms run to a high level. Current Ambassador digital platforms include:

- Ambassador e-commerce platforms
- Ambassador resource library and e-learning Platform.
- Customer relationship management platform.
- Social media asset library.

**Responsibilities
- Setting up, testing and maintaining all Ambassador digital systems outlined above, and performing regular system production checks to ensure a smooth and seamless trading experience for Ambassadors and customers.
- Uploading, organising and maintaining a wide range of content including information, resources and assets we provide on the Ambassador platforms.
- Liaising with the Ambassador Development and Marketing teams to ensure the information presented to our Ambassadors is accurate and always up to date.
- Setting up and managing products and promotions across the platforms.
- Setting up and testing all digital products and promotional offers on the Ambassador platforms to ensure all information and SKUs are correct and passed through systems correctly.
- Working and Liaising collaboratively with E-commerce, Supply, Marketing, Dispatch, Accounts and NPD teams on product launches, offers and promotions from a system perspective.
- Providing general support to the Ambassador Development and Marketing teams in all digital production administration to help in additional areas.
- Working closely with Design, Communications and Content teams to produce system materials, tutorials, content and communications to increase engagement and activity on our platforms and promote new/changed features.
- Providing ad-hoc project coordination support to the Ambassador Development Team to help ensure the smooth running, and timely completion, of digital projects across the department.
- Be the primary point of contact for Ambassador Support with technical queries relating to the systems.
- Providing analysis, reporting on system usage and maintaining feedback channels for review of user experience.
- Identifying and suggesting areas of improvement, working with the Senior Digital Product Owner and third-party providers to liaise and test new developments and enhancements.

**About You
- At least 2 - 3 years' experience working on retail/digital platforms.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Extremely high attention to detail.
- Love problem-solving and investigating issues to find the issue and put preventative measures in place.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Excellent time-keeping skills and ability to work to and meet deadlines.
- Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Word and Excel.

**Additional
- Full-time role: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
- Hybrid working with at least 3 days a week in the office as standard.
- Our Office is conveniently located a short walk from Beddington Lane Tram stop, which is connected to East Croydon and Wimbledon - both 20 minutes away. Travel time from within South London is approximately 30 - 35 minutes.

- Starting Salary between £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, DoE.
