**Job Title: Warehouse & Logistics Operative**

**Location**: High Wycombe
**Salary**: £24,000 per annum
**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (no weekends)

Our client is looking for a hands-on Warehouse operative in a dynamic environment where every day brings something new. where you'll play a key role in shipping products to customers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

**Your Key Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Picking, packing, and preparing goods for UK and international dispatch
- Generating and organizing necessary dispatch paperwork, ensuring compliance with import and export regulations
- Using our Oracle order management system to release stock and manage inventory
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Customizing shipments to meet customer-specific requirements, including creating custom retail packs
- Collaborating with Customer Service and Sales teams to ensure seamless communication and timely deliveries
- Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, sharing ideas for enhancing efficiency
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in line with health and safety standards

**Need to have.**
- **Experience**: Previous warehousing experience and, ideally, a forklift license
- **Team Spirit**: You enjoy working in a team, supporting colleagues, and getting the job done together
- **Attention to Detail**: Accuracy is key in our fast-paced environment
- **Flexibility**: You're adaptable and ready to take on new challenges as they arise
- **Initiative**: You see opportunities for improvement and aren't afraid to implement them
- **Import/Export Knowledge**: Experience with international shipping is a bonus, but not essential

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00 per year
