Residential Mental Health Recovery Worker Blackpool

We are currently seeking passionate and experienced Adults Mental Health recovery workers to join a Mental Health Residential support service.
You will be working for an excellent provider in mental health rehabilitation and recovery specialising in supporting people with high and complex needs, they work with people with mental health, substance misuse and other complex needs to achieve their ambitionsand potential. Joining the group at a very exciting time of growth and expansion, which could lead to future progression and development opportunities.
Day-to-day, you'll support individuals to develop emotional management and personal life skills to achieve greater independence and self-esteem. You will support individuals to develop coping mechanisms and tools to better manage their mental health. And, whenit comes to liaising with statutory and voluntary agencies to give people access to a full range of services and support, again, rely on your expertise.
This is a full-time position with a starting salary of £18229 Plus £78 for a sleep in shift with exciting training, progression and career development.
