We are currently looking for a reliable, motivated and experienced individual to work within our Customer Services Department. The team is responsible for maintaining relationships, providing all round customer support and other ad hoc duties required.

**Responsibilities**:

- To keep information up to date on customers records including updating notes on the system.
- Liaising with customers through all means of communication an on occasion in person.
- Creating and issuing Insurance Certificates (including International Motor Insurance Certificates) in accordance with customer requirements (adhering to the Road Traffic Act and the Insurance Companies Act)
- Regular contact with other departments such as Sale, Renewals, Claims, Credit Control and Accounts. Giving the successful applicant an insight and understanding in other aspects of insurance.
- Managing own diary system to ensure that they are kept up to date and dealt with in the correct manner suiting the clients particular needs.
- Minute taking required during regular team meetings
- Collecting payments, chasing arrears and sourcing available payment options
- Reviewing whether vehicles meet the criteria of our insurance policies and adding them onto the Motor Insurance Database (MID)

Knowledge and skills
- Insurance industry experience is preferred
- Previous Motor Trade insurance experience desirable
- Self-motivated and ability to Multi-task
- Good Communicator
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Hybrid working is supporting with this role.

**Salary**: £18,500.00-£24,000.00 per year
