**P/T Accounts Assistance**
**22.5 hrs per week (hours and days to be agreed)**
**Upto £30,000 pro rata**
Due to someone stepping down from the role I am now looking for a part time Accounts Assistant to join my client based in Leeds. The role will report directly to the Operations Director and will assist in the smooth running of the accounts department ensuring all work is completed to agreed timescales.

**Duties to include**
- Purchase Ledger
- Ensuring costs are correct against purchase order book and sales order book
- Making supplier payments
- Sales Ledger
- Dealing with different types of customer sales to include, full telephone system
sales, ad hoc sales, maintenance sales and engineering costs
- Maintaining various spreadsheets relating to the sales processes
- Debt Collection and credit control
- Sending monthly statements and letters
- Direct debit collection
- Monthly maintenance invoicing
- Bank reconciliation
**Key requirements**:
- 3 years’ experience working within a Sales Ledger/Purchase Ledger role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- SAGE 50 experience
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week
**Salary**: £16,000.00-£18,000.00 per year
