**What will you be doing?**
You will be supporting the eCommerce ambitions for driving performance and insight across our digital acquisition purchase journeys and marketing campaigns.
The eCommerce Specialist will be working across the organisation with eCommerce, Analytics, Development, UX, Trade and Marketing peers. You’ll be conducting day-to-day performance monitoring, bringing new initiatives to the table and delivering the eCommerce strategy together with the eCommerce Manager.
This role will specifically support the Pay Monthly Squad with end to end performance of the website.
**Key accountabilities**:
- Deliver and develop the eCommerce strategy throughout the year.
- Monitor daily (sales) KPIs and forecast trading performance.
- Manage the day to day delivery of propositions and promotions through working with commercial and digital merchandising teams.
- Work with the eCommerce Manager to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Analyse metrics across the product journeys to inform optimisation opportunities and work with squad, analytics, UX, CRO and external partners to test, build and deliver these initiatives.
- Drive implementation of new digital marketing opportunities.
- Supports with the analysis and communication of online trading performance to the wider business.
**Who are we looking for?**
- Experienced with sales reporting and forecasting.
- Ability to analyse data to gain insights and drive business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills - influencing and building strong working relationships with various teams, strong stakeholder management.
- Customer focused.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment.
- Great understanding of digital analytics (Adobe), exceptional understanding of MS Excel
