**Commissioning Officer**
Permanent - Full Time - 36 hours per week.
We are seeking to recruit a suitably experienced individual who is committed to support Adult Social Care Transformation through the delivery of our Commissioning Strategies and Transformation Programme. Some areas include the work we are undertaking with our strategic Health partners as part of our developing Integrated Commissioning approaches, including our Supported Living Strategy ensuring these are coproduced with our communities.
What you can expect from us is joining an excellent Commissioning Team, support and structure to your role, training programme and development and of course being part of the successes of improving the outcomes of vulnerable people in our communities.
