**Position Summary**

As a member of the housekeeping team, your main responsibility will be housekeeping duties for our newly built Airbnb ‘Farmers Cabins’. We seek a positive and determined individual, with a strong work ethic, who is passionate about maintaining high-quality properties for our guests, which play an important role in our funding.

**Main responsibilities**

Responsible for housekeeping activities, including but not limited to:

- Cleaning and change-overs of the Airbnb Farmer’s Cabins
- Support in the cleaning and change-overs of the Monmouth Farmhouse, Shepherd’s Hut and Flat when needed
- Ensuring that the Jamie’s Farm properties are consistently maintained to a high standard and reporting maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Regularly communicating with the Airbnb Co-Host and Lead Housekeeper

**Experience, Skills, Abilities**:

- Housekeeping or cleaning experience, ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
- Good communicator
- Strong work ethic and ability to get on with all jobs independently and to take initiative
- Flexible and dependable
- Comfortable with a hands-on physical role in a farm setting
- A car driver with own transport - due to our rural location

**Work pattern & benefits**:

- **Self employed,**flexible part-time hours - **min 8hrs per week**, mostly Monday & Friday but other flexibility would be helpful
- Scope for additional hours and responsibilities as the business grows
