**Your responsibilities as a support worker could include**:
- Supporting individuals with community activities, appointments, and maintaining social relationships.
- Supporting individuals with daily living tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping.
- Assisting individuals with personal care such as showering, dressing and toileting.
- Supporting individuals across the day by covering shifts - days, evenings, nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays (24/7), typical shift patterns: 7/8am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-7:30am.
**Requirements of a support worker**:
- Drivers are desirable but not essential.
- Support workers with an empathetic and caring nature.
- Confidentiality and sensitivity to individual’s needs.
- A minimum of 6 month’s experience in the Health and Social care field within the UK.
