**Job Title: Supported Living Service Manager** **Hours of work: full time, plus shared on call (approx. 1 week in 4)** **Salary: £26000** **Location: Derbyshire/Staffordshire** **The client**: On behalf of an established, well respected provider of care and support for adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours, I am seeking two skilled service managers to join the team. You will join this organisation at an exciting time ofgrowth and progression, driven by their already excellent reputation for good quality care. You will become a key member of an organisation who has a good reputation with CQC and invests in their staff team and the people they support. **The Job**: Employed on a full time basis, you will work closely with registered manager and senior management team. You will be responsible for a handful of supported living services, all in close proximity, on the Derbyshire/Staffordshire borders. There is no need to hold registration with CQC for this role. You will be required to split your time across several supported living settings, as well as the centrally based head office. This is a varied and evolving role which will require a mixture of shift work alongside the team as well as some office and administration duties. **Key Responsibilities and duties will include**: " Administrative support " Rota and care coordination " Care and support planning " Administering medication " Positive behaviour support " Activity planning " Staff recruitment, mentoring and supervisions " Shared on call **Skills & Experience requirements**: " Proven experience within a senior support worker, team leader or deputy role for supported living services " NVQ level 3 in health and social care as a minimum " Full UK driving licence, access to own vehicle and flexibility to commute across sites/services " Flexibility to share the on call rota (approximately one week in four) " Commitment to own personal development **Benefits**: **As well as the opportunity to take your first step into a managerial role, you will also receive the following exciting benefits**: " £26000 salary " Paid mileage (to be paid for commuting between services) " 5.6 weeks annual leave " Continued investment in training and development " Internal progression opportunities
