We have an exciting career opportunity for an enthusiastic**Stairlift Removal Engineer & Warehouse Operative** to join our **Andover** Installation team.

**The role as a Stairlift Removal Engineer & Warehouse Operative is to**:

- Remove straight and curved Stairlift products within domestic settings.
- To assist Stairlift Installers with the delivery and installation of straight and curved Stairlifts within domestic settings.
- Unloading the delivery lorry which arrives on alternate days.
- Ensuring stairlifts are available for loading by the Installation Engineers.

A valid full UK driving licence will is essential. The role also requires and reach FLT licence and a DBS check.

**Responsibilities of a Stairlift Removal Engineer & Warehouse Operative**:

- Removals of stairlifts
- Maintain a high level of customer service.
- Working within customer’s homes
- Develop and maintain an appropriate level of technical knowledge of products.
- Responsibility for checking lift specification prior to removal.
- Maintaining suitable records
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Resolving issues to customer satisfaction
- Ensure the safe disposal/storage of removed lifts to the Depot.
- All deliveries are unloaded safely and stored in the correct area of the warehouse.
- Stairlifts are made available for Engineers to load.
- Warehouse and yard are kept in a clean, tidy and safe condition.

**Qualifications**:

- DBS
- Non-licensable work with asbestos (desirable)
- Reach FLT licence (essential)
- Full UK driving license required (essential)
