**AR Administrator/Credit Controller**

**Salary: £23,000 - £25,000**

**Location: Birmingham**

Vantage Resourcing are recruiting for a AR Administrator/Credit Controller on behalf of their client, the UK's leading Provider of Bespoke home ware and furniture. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the business and be part of the growth and expansionof a very well established organisation.

The Key Responsibilities of the role are:

- Sole responsibility of the AR and Credit Control function
- Ensure timely preparation and issue of invoices and statements
- Post and allocate customer receipts
- Resolve any customer queries
- Investigate and either challenge/process customer debit notes
- Reconciliations with e-commerce portals
- Setup new accounts, assess risks and allocate credit limit
- Chase outstanding monies and ensure debt collection is maximised
- Monthly cash flow reporting and aged debt reporting to management
- Administration, telephone answering & outgoing mail

To be considered you will need a proven track record in Credit Control and AR Management, excellent attention to detail and be able to communicate across all levels of the business. An understanding of Orderwise and e-commerce systems would be a bonus, butisn't essential.

If successful you can expect a salary of between £23,000 to £30,000, depending on the experience you can offer.
