Their bespoke offices can be designed for all purposes and kitted out with the most innovative technology to help facilitate business success. This exciting property and real-estate start-up are backed by one of London’s major prop-tech investors and have recently received Series A funding. They’re leading the charge in an unexplored segment of the market and are now looking for an experienced Project Assistant to help support their key sales functions

**Job Description - Junior Sales Support**
In this graduate Junior Sales Support opportunity in London, you will be working directly with the Account Managers and Sales team. You will be working on a wide variety of tasks, which range from following up on inbound enquiries, to assisting with the day-to-day internal and external communications. You'll be responsible for the administration that keeps the sales machine running smoothly. This role will give you exposure to Real Estate, Sales and Marketing so is the perfect foundation to get a holistic view of a business.

**Key responsibilities - Junior Sales Support**
- In this Junior Sales Support job in London, your responsibilities will include:_
- Creating and managing the internal databases and ensuring all the information being used is up to date
- Evaluating incoming leads, assigning to the teams, declining where necessary and logging them into CRM system, whilst maintaining quality data
- Using bespoke technology to assist in growing the property portfolio, informed by data coming from clients
- Gathering information from parts of the sales funnel and distributing to the wider team
- Managing the sales project administration, inputting key information and milestones into Asana
- Creating marketing brochures for new spaces and adding them to the website
- Researching the market to ensure that we are up to date with trends, sharing your learnings with the wider team

**Job requirements - Junior Sales Support**
- Natural communicator, with great written skills and comfortable speaking with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organised, focused and disciplined with the ability to prioritise effectively in a busy environment
- You have a keen eye for detail and can spot inconsistencies or errors
- You’re not afraid to share your ideas and are keen to help make our processes more
efficient
- Process-driven and a methodical thinker, you’re able to separate data out in a logical
and insightful manner
- Ambitious, driven to succeed and wants to grow with the company
- Comfortable with technology, processes and systems
