**The Role**

Our Customer Engagement Centre Advisors are the hidden heroes ensuring our customers are truly satisfied whether following an in-store purchase, online checkout or general query about a product or service we offer.

**The Person**
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Strong customer service and sales experience with the ability to upsell.
- Passionate about getting things right for our customers with a first-contact resolution with the ability to inspire the same in others.
- Able to remain calm in pressurised circumstances.
- Can demonstrate resilience and be able to cope with difficult situations.
- A strong customer understanding, empathy, and intuition
- Good verbal, written and listening communication and interpersonal skills are essential for dealing with complaints and for collaborating with others across departments.
- Have a passion for business/performance improvement.
- Ability to negotiate & influence others.
- Knowledge of Excel - Desirable
