This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Clinical administrator to provide PA and secretarial support to the Consultant Psychologist and the further Psychology team within the Community Learning Disability Service.
The post holder needs to be efficient in prioritisation, time management and flexible to the needs of the service. The post holder must have the ability to use computer software and other electronical systems.
You will be the first port of call to assist the Consultant Psychologist and Clinical Psychologists in supporting them to fulfill their duties.
You may be a first point of contact for service users calling into CTPLD and a friendly and helpful/responsive attitude is needed.
A range of secretarial and clerical skills will be required to support the smooth running of day-to-day operational issues for the supporting clinical teams, thus enabling a whole team approach with the aim of providing outstanding compassionate care.
Providing PA support to the Consultant Psychologist ensuring conflicting demands are managed accordingly, providing onboarding support with new team members as well as the intake of trainees.
