We are delighted to be working with a leading Bath based employer who are looking for a Recruuitment Coordinator to join their team on a six month contract to support managers during a busy recruitment period and assist with a variety of borader HR engagement projects.

The role

**Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with recruiting managers to ensure the cycle of recruitment activities are effectively completed within a timely manner to maximise the success of recruitment campaigns
- Ensuring all vacancies are advertised and selected for in accordance with company policy, liaising with managers and HR to ensure the recruitment and retention of suitable staff
- Assisting managers and team leaders with resource and recruitment planning including compiling job descriptions and recruitment methods
- Assisting in drafting recruitment advertising
- Sourcing the best medium for recruitment advertising and liaising with suppliers
- Scheduling interviews, coordinating open days, training managers in relevant processes and systems and liaising with HR to advise of the outcome of selection processes
- Coordinating induction programmes
- Coordinating and supporting managers with the onboarding of new starts
- Providing ad hoc and structured recruitment training to managers to embed good practice
- Under the direction of the HR Manager coordinate, support and deliver HR projects
- Collect, analyse, and report on recruitment, retention, and engagement data

Person Specification
- CPP or CIPD Level 3 qualification would be beneficial but is definitely not essential
- Previous recruitment and selection experience either in specialist recruitment role or in a generalist HR or possibly management position
- Experience of working in the hospitality industry would be beneficial
- IT literate
- Effective communication skills
- Effective organisational skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service experience
- Able to manager pressure effectively and be able to multitask
- Results orientated

Salary

£23,700 - £27,100 plus benefits

Location

Bath (hybrid working)
