**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the daily operations of the front of house staff.
- Ensure that all guests receive a high level of customer service.
- Train and motivate front of house staff to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service.
- Monitor and manage the front of house staff to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all customer complaints are handled in a professional manner.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the front of house staff.
- Ensure that all front of house staff adhere to health and safety regulations.

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
- Bar management: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
