**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and carpentry work
- Repairing or replacing broken equipment or fixtures
- Performing routine inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly
- Responding to maintenance requests from tenants or property owners
- Ensuring all work is carried out efficiently and to a high standard

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
- Proficiency in various repair tasks including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Pay: £12.98-£13.69 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
