**Partnership Sales Manager**

**The opportunity**

We are looking to recruit a Partnership Sales Manager to build a network of companies, referring new business opportunities to Talent Finder.

**On offer is a generous basic salary of £30,000 to £35,000 per annum DOE.**

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Obtain key referrers to create successful business partnerships
- Generate leads and call prospective customers
- Generate new opportunities through networking
- Effectively managing time alongside workload in a high-pressured environment
- Proactively account manage key relationships and leverage new business opportunities
- Influence and develop strategic objectives for the success of the business
- To be an effective and concise communicator with senior management and external stakeholders.
- Achieve results and outcomes through well planned sales concepts.
- Analytic mindset to manage your own workload across various projects in support of the business.
- Research and identify new business opportunities including new market sectors, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets

**Essential Criteria**
- Eligibility to work in UK
- 2 years’ experience within outbound sales/partnership/business development
- Computer literate
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Proactive and eager to develop in a fast-paced environment
- Drive to succeed and work against targets
- Strong communication skills - verbal and written
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Deadline driven
- Demonstrates commercial creativity to deliver a win/win outcome
