Are you an empathetic CAMHS Mental Health Practitioner looking for an exciting new role?

We are now recruiting for a Band 7/8a CAMHS Mental Health Practitioner to join a well-established Private trust based in London on a locum contract. The trust requires someone who can work independently and autonomously in this community team with the highest risk and very complex young people, requiring intensive support using different approaches and working across multiple systems. The successful practitioner will process strong engagement skills, the ability to work creatively in relation to severe mental illnesses, including psychosis and young people at risk of inpatient admission, and work effectively with complex multi-agency networks, including inpatient adolescent units.

**Skills and experience needed**:

- Managing a caseload
- Offer clinical treatment work and consultation
- Experience with a wide range of mental health presentations
- Can work well independently and as part of the team
